Turning Pine Biomass Into Purpose
HimAgni Biomass is a Uttarakhand-based biomass fuel company transforming pine biomass into practical fuel solutions for businesses. Through responsible sourcing and processing, we turn locally available biomass into briquettes and other energy solutions for commercial and industrial applications.
It Started With a Simple Question
What if something considered waste could become a valuable source of energy?
Uttarakhand's pine forests produce large quantities of fallen pine needles. While these needles are a natural part of the forest ecosystem, their accumulation can create challenges for forest management and increase the availability of dry fuel on the forest floor.
At the same time, businesses across industries need dependable and practical fuel alternatives.
That is where HimAgni began.
We set out to explore how pine biomass in Uttarakhand could be collected, processed and converted into a useful energy resource – creating value from a material that is often overlooked.
